AGENT: Good afternoon, rail bookings. How can I help you?
CUSTOMER: Hi. I have a ticket to York for Saturday, but I need to change it to Sunday.
AGENT: No problem. Can I have your booking number?
CUSTOMER: Yes, it's R-F-six-two-nine.
AGENT: Thank you. Your current train leaves London at nine fifteen in the morning. What time would you like to travel on Sunday?
CUSTOMER: Around midday, if possible.
AGENT: There is a train at twelve twenty. It arrives in York at two thirty-five.
CUSTOMER: That sounds good. Do I have to pay more?
AGENT: The new ticket is five pounds more, and there is a two-pound change fee.
CUSTOMER: That's fine. Can I keep the same seat?
AGENT: Seat fourteen is not available, but I can give you seat eighteen by the window.
CUSTOMER: Yes, please.
AGENT: All right. I'll email the new ticket to you now. Please do not use the old ticket.
CUSTOMER: Thank you for your help.
